Re: Mail check
Hello Jack and welcome to Pandora forum.
Can you tell us something more about your current settings for that account:
Type (POP or IMAP), SSL and Port #.
What is the name of your ISP/domain? (verizon, aol, gmail)

Re: Mail check
Server is Centurytel.net. It is a pop type of account. Another problem is that when I have a successful fetch of mail I get 4 or even 5 (sometimes) copies of the exact same message. Makes for a lot of deletions. Port is 587. In Eudora I have "Secure Sockets when receiving set as Never.

Re: Mail check
587 is usually used for outbound. You should always have successful fetch (and no duplicates). Here are correct specs:
Server: pop.centurytel.net
Secure Sockets: Always
Port: 995
Server: pop.centurytel.net
Secure Sockets: Always
Port: 995
